High Level of Thermal Precision

Built on a new hardware platform featuring a sensitive thermal imaging sensor (NETD <40 mK) and an HD AMOLED display, the TRAIL 2 LRF delivers sharp, detailed images in any conditions. Its thermal imaging capabilities are enhanced by Pulsar’s software solutions, such as Image Detail Boost technology and various observation modes. An integrated laser rangefinder enables rapid distance measurement, allowing for precise target positioning. With a built-in video recorder (16 GB internal memory), Wi-Fi connectivity, and a host of other standout features, this device is a versatile hunting tool—ideal even for the most demanding professionals.

High-sensitivity thermal sensor
A thermal sensor with an NETD of 40 mK ensures excellent image detail, even in the most challenging weather conditions and during low thermal contrast. Even the slightest temperature differences are clearly visible during rain, fog, or on cold mornings—situations that pose the greatest challenge for the camera.
High-resolution image
Sharp, high-contrast thermal images ensuring better identification of animals, their limbs, and the finest details.
Integrated precision laser rangefinder
The integrated precision laser rangefinder enables accurate distance measurement in two modes—single measurement and scanning—with an accuracy of ±1 m at distances up to 1 km. The scanning mode allows the shooter to quickly adapt to changing distances and take more accurate shots.
Shock-resistant magnesium alloy body
The durable, lightweight magnesium alloy body is designed to withstand the recoil of large-caliber rifles. Increased structural rigidity minimizes vibration during firing and improves ballistic performance, while the properties of the magnesium alloy facilitate better heat dissipation.
Image Quality Enhancement Technology
Image Boost technology is a proprietary combination of software algorithms that enhances image clarity and overall detail. This improvement makes the image sharper and more detailed, enabling better object identification.
Wide-angle eyepiece
The field of view of the six-lens wide-angle eyepiece used in the TRAIL 2 LRF model has been increased by 20% compared to the previous version. Combined with the HD AMOLED display, this eyepiece delivers a rich, deep image.
Integrated photo and video recorder
The built-in video recorder is an excellent tool for capturing special moments. Simply press the REC button to create recordings that are easy to share with colleagues, friends, and family. 16 GB of internal memory provides ample space for hours of video recording and plenty of photos.
Picture-in-Picture
The Picture-in-Picture function displays a 10% magnified image in the upper-center of the field of view, ensuring shot precision.
Wide detection range of up to 1,800 m
A high-quality objective lens combined with a professional thermal imaging sensor featuring a thermal sensitivity (NETD) of 40 mK ensures excellent detection capabilities. This allows for the detection of a standard 1.8 m tall object from a distance of 1,800 m in total darkness.
Wi-Fi. Integration with iOS and Android devices.
An integrated Wi-Fi module enables the thermal imaging camera to connect to Android or iOS smartphones and tablets. Connecting a smartphone to the thermal imaging camera provides access to unique features such as live image streaming, downloading and sharing recorded files, firmware updates, and much more.
IPX7 Waterproof Rated
The IPX7 waterproof rating ensures protection against heavy rain, snow, and other forms of precipitation. The TRAIL 2 LRF model is designed to operate flawlessly after being submerged in water to a depth of approximately 1 meter (3 feet) for up to 30 minutes.
