Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the DOIIOO online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining account security, and all activity under your account.

Products and Store Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products without notice.

Orders and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. Payment, taxes, duties, and other charges shown at checkout are your responsibility. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and 2-Year Product Warranty form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content without permission, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The store design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, product content, and other materials are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping.

The store may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
