2-Year Product Warranty

Effective date: August 28, 2026

Coverage Period

DOIIOO warrants eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original delivery date, subject to the terms below. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

What Is Covered

Covered defects may include seam failure, hardware failure, or material defects that occur during normal intended use and are attributable to manufacturing. Normal variations in color, texture, and fit are not defects.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; fading, pilling, shrinkage, or loss of elasticity from ordinary use; accidental damage; misuse; abrasion; snagging; improper washing, drying, or storage; unauthorized alteration or repair; use outside the product's intended purpose; cosmetic damage that does not affect function; lost or stolen items; or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

How to Make a Claim

Submit a claim through our Contact Information page. Include the order number or proof of purchase, the product name and size, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the full item, defect, and care label. We may request additional information or return of the item for inspection.

Available Remedies

If a claim is approved, we may repair the product, replace it with the same or a reasonably comparable item, issue store credit, or refund the original purchase price, depending on product availability, the nature of the defect, and applicable law. The remedy will not exceed the original purchase price. Replacements do not restart the warranty period unless required by law.

Care Requirements

Follow the care label and product instructions. Damage caused by care that conflicts with those instructions is not covered.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is in addition to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where local law provides greater protection, that law applies.
