Our Return Promise

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors and stains, and returned with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless defective or required by applicable law.

How to Start a Return

Submit a request through our Contact Information page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for return. Do not send a return until you receive return instructions and the approved return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable unless required by law. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection and Refunds

After the return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, please return the original eligible item and place a new order. This helps us process replacements faster and keeps availability accurate.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit, as required by applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may begin processing quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order is placed. If an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
